The Inquisitor

Sam van der Hoeven

"He loves them all, and so, though He need not for His own sake, He will save some."

"Why only some? Why not all?"

"Because He loves Himself more. And so will you when you see Him. So will all. Even vessels of wrath will submit to His assignment for them in the end."

"Is He then partial in His choosing?"

"Do not assume that He chooses the best. You will find no fault with Him, believe me. He has had eternity to contemplate this way, and He required only a moment. This is best."

"I think I would have done differently."

"I have no doubt of it, nor do I fault you for it. You have not met Him yet."
